Our AI model builds up resolution algorithms using historical tickets data and trends, builds up knowledge base continuously so that a higher proportion of tickets can be resolved in an automated manner.

Aforesight has been developed in collaboration with Startup Incubation and Innovation Centre (SIIC), IIT Kanpur using the technical expertise of SIIC team in AI/ML technologies and the domain knowledge of experts in Aforeserve with more than 30 years of industry experience.
The leadership team comprises industry leaders with deep experience in IT services design and delivery, AI/ML expert and industry leader who is an alumni of IIT Kanpur as well as the team from SIIC , IIT Kanpur.

CEO of Aforeserve.com, Co-founder QCS. ex-COO HCL. An Electronics Engineer from COE Pune. He brings rich hands-on experience of Enterprise Sales, Project Management and Services Operations across multiple verticals in India market as well as MEA.
Rajeev is known for his meticulous penchant of inspiring and driving people to peak performance through a framework of process.
Rajnish Tripathi
Executive VP at Aforeserve, Ex-Country Manager at HCL Infosystems, a Leadership Speaker. Specialized in managing deployment of AI based customer service and data management solutions for enterprises across multiple industries, high end chip-level repair and infrastructure management services.
He is the CEO at IIPL since its incubation and he is leading the enterprise to create cutting edge solutions.
